Recently, I had the privilege of conducting a fascinating tea ceremony training session for a group of teachers.

Imagine a small teacup filled with fragrant tea leaves. This cup represents a shared goal, and each person is a part of that goal. In the process of tea ceremony, we need to work together, coordinate our movements, and ensure each step is executed with precision. This requires trust, mutual assistance, and concerted efforts toward the same objective.

During this training, we learned how to place tea leaves into the teapot, master the timing and temperature for brewing, and gracefully pour the tea. Each person contributed their expertise and learned from one another. I witnessed teachers starting to communicate and collaborate, creating a delightful tea art performance with mutual encouragement and support!
